Atmosphere IoT Studio now supports Digi XBee3 LTE Cat 1 and XBee3 LTE-M/NB-IoT cellular modems

Atmosphere recently added support for the latest and greatest Digi XBee3 cellular modems, enabling IoT solution builders to use the Atmosphere drag-and-drop Studio IDE to easily integrate embedded cellular-to-cloud connectivity within their projects.
The Digi XBee3 LTE Cat 1 touts a future-proof design and the flexibility to switch between wireless protocols or frequencies as needed. It is ideal for moderate bandwidth (<25 MB per month) and low-cost IoT applications.
The Digi XBee3® Cellular LTE-M/NB-IoT offers frequency flexibility as well, and is ideal for low-cost, low-power, and low-data applications (typically <5 MB per month and where latency is not critical).
We gave the XBee3 LTE Cat 1 a test drive in our Introduction to the Arduino Mega2560 Video, where we read data from a TE Weather Shield and used the XBee cellular modem to send the data to the cloud.
Step-by-step instructions on using a cellular modem to send data to Atmosphere are provided in our Using Cellular Modems with Atmosphere guide.
Additional documentation on customizable properties for these two modems are provided on the following pages:
