Anaren Divests its IoT Group to newly-formed Atmosphere IoT Corp.

Anaren, Inc. and Atmosphere IoT Corp. today jointly announced the divestiture of key assets and agreements of Anaren’s IoT Group to its management team, which recently formed Atmosphere IoT Corp. Terms of the deal, which closed January 2nd, were not disclosed. The divestiture is being made as part of the previously announced sale of Anaren, Inc. to TTM Technologies for $775 million.
